Face
Facial Plastic Surgery includes the procedures that improves the structure and features of the face. Usually, they relate to those features that are first noticeable when interacting with other people, which affect how others perceive us.

Therefore, these are the procedures, that are not always have to be associated with large surgeries. These are a great way to improve our appearance and, as a result, improve our self-esteem.
Upper Blepharoplasty
Upper blepharoplasty is the most frequently performed procedure in
the field of plastic surgery. It consists in removing the excess skin of
the upper eyelids, and sometimes also manage of fat pads, that could give our eyes a "baggy look". Upper eyelid surgery solves these problems, giving our eyes a much younger look within 40 minutes, which is why this procedure is so popular.
During the operation, the incision is located in the eyelid groove,
and in the case of a larger excess of skin, it can extend laterally along one of the "crow's feet". The surgical wounds are sutured intracuticular with a very thin suture, thanks to which the scars are practically invisible.

The stitches are removed after 6 days, the swelling may last up to two weeks.
Lower Blepharoplasty
Lower blepharoplasty is a procedure performed to improve the appearance of the area of the lower eyelids. Most often it concerns the correction of the so-called "Bags under the eyes", which most often develop with age, but can also occur in younger people. During the operation, excess skin is also removed, which eliminates small wrinkles under the eyes. The eyelids become smooth and rejuvenated.
The cut takes place just below the eyelashes, while in some patients, without the need to remove excess skin, surgery can be performed from the transconjunctival approach, which allows the procedure to be carried out without any sign.
The operation takes about 60-90 minutes, the stitches are removed after 6 days.
Deep Plane Face Lift
Face lift is one of the most common plastic surgery procedures performed on people over 60 years of age. There are many different techniques for this type of procedure, which differ in the extension
of preparation and the way of lifting the tissues. Facial aging is caused not only by sagging skin, but also by loss of facial fat tissue, aging of the superficial musculoskeletal system (SMAS) and gradual bone resorption of the facial area.
Current techniques, including Deep Plane Face Lift allows you to lift tissues without the artificial effect of "skin stretching".
Before the surgery, it is important to properly assess the face and adjacent regions (neck, chin, neck) because face lifting is often extended to these areas in order to obtain the optimal final effect.
The recovery period lasts approx. 2-3 weeks, the stitches are removed after approx. 7-10 days
Endoscopic Forehead Lift
Endoscopic forehead lift is a modern plastic surgery technique that allows for effective rejuvenation and maintaining the natural appearance of the forehead and eyebrows with small scars hidden in the scalp.
The forehead is one of the first areas of the face to show signs of aging. Over time, the skin on the forehead may become flabby, and the eyebrows may droop, creating wrinkles and giving a tired appearance.
Endoscopic forehead lift is a modern technique that allows you to reverse these signs of aging in a precise way and minimally invasive.
The endoscopic technique involves the use of a small optical instrument, known as an endoscope, which is inserted through small incisions in the skin. The endoscope allows the surgeon to precisely manipulate and lift the forehead and eyebrow tissue. Thanks to this technology, minimal tissue damage is possible, which correspond to a reduced risk of complications and shortened recovery time.
Rhinoplasty
Each nose has its own unique features that affect the proportions
and facial harmony. Dissatisfaction with the appearance of your nose can have a strong impact on your self-confidence and self-esteem.
Rhinoplasty is a procedure that can correct a variety of aesthetic
problems such as nose size, shape, nose proportions, appearance of the nostrils.
The aim of rhinoplasty is also to improve breathing by repairing structural deformations of the nose. A modern approach to nose surgery focuses on preserving the natural structures of the nose while achieving the desired aesthetic results. The aim of the treatment is to improve the aesthetic appearance while maintaining or restoring the structural integrity and function of the nose.
Recovery takes 1-2 weeks, but slight swelling may persist for several months after the procedure.
Necklift
The modern approach to facial plastic surgery requires a thorough assessment of the distribution of excess tissue in the neck area.
When facial tissues age, it is the neck that undergoes the greatest changes, and the classic face lifting methods used a few years ago are
no longer sufficient to improve the appearance of the neck.
Then, a neck lift is usually part of an extensive, deep face lift.
However, neck lifting is not only for older people with excess skin, but also for younger patients with a "heavy" neck and chin. Quite often this applies to men. In such cases, liposuction alone is usually insufficient. This is the operation on remodeling and resection of some deeper tissues in the neck. Since such patients usually have elastic skin that does not require excision, the only ones are small, about 3 cm. the incision is well hidden behind the chin.
Lip Lift
Lip Lift is a surgical lifting of the upper lip by shortening the distance between the nose and the vermilion. This treatment makes the lips curved and fuller immediately after the treatment, without increasing their volume with the use of fillers. It is a great way to rejuvenate the lip area in the elderly, whose upper lip gradually lengthens with age.
The postoperative scar is very discreetly located under the ala of the nose and under the nose. It becomes almost invisible after some time
Lipofilling
Fat transplantation in the facial area is an ideal solution for people whose skin costs its elasticity with age due to loss of facial fat. The surgery allows you to restore volume using autologous fat tissue.
This treatment works great in the case of reduced fat tissue around the eyelids (dark circles and pits under the eyes, or skeletonized eyes).
Adipose tissue is the best source of mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs)
which gives it regenerative features. Therefore, in addition to restoring volume, this treatment significantly improves the quality of the skin.
An additional advantage of the procedure is that during the procedure, unnecessary fat can be sucked out, while the scars after the cannula
are practically invisible.
Chin Liposuction
Neck liposuction is a way to get rid of the fatty tissue around the chin and neck area. The procedure allows you to sculpt the jaw line, improve the appearance of the neck, which significantly improves self-confidence. The best results are obtained in younger people with excess fat in the superficial chin layer. This treatment can be combined with the implantation of lifting threads or plasma which allows some patients to avoid the need for a surgical neck lift.
